How do I set up email accounts (or change passwords)?

If you are hosted with us

To add, edit, or delete an email account, you must log into your administrative control panel (cpanel).

  1. Visit www.YourWebsiteName.com/cpanel (replace YourWebsiteName with your web address).
  2. Insert your username and password. Note: This is the username and password of the cpanel, NOT your email account.
  3. Click the icon that says "email"
  4. Choose add/remove account
  5. Edit as needed.

You may also forward emails using "forwarders" feature. For example: email sent to john@mywebsite.com can be forwarded to john@gmail.com

If you are not hosted with us

Please contact your provider as we cannot be responsible for their system.
